Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Bookrate Tree Service works and how we get paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Role as a Referral Service

Bookrate Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. Bookrate Tree Service does not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming, or any other tree work.

When you call the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Bookrate Tree Service for the calls, form submissions, or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Bookrate Tree Service. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices, and terms
• The quality, safety, and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that moment.

You Decide

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check insurance, request a written quote, and compare other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification, and billing.
